As in previous years it all takes place on the Recreation Ground, Sands Lane, Badsey, near Evesham.

This year the committee would like encourage as many people as possible (of all ages) to enter and exhibit in the show.

Prizes are awarded for the best entries (presentation cups and a small amount of money for some winners) and this year the show’s organisers have introduced a number of new entry categories (including in conjunction with The Parish Council, a village ‘make a Scarecrow and place it in your garden category’!).

All entry options for children and adults such as flowers and vegetables, baking and cooking, photography, poetry and creative writing, visual arts and many more are listed in the schedule entry booklet which explains what you’re able to enter and how to do it.

When published the paper-printed A5 version can be picked up from the Badsey Spar shop, The Wheatsheaf, The Round of Gras and Vale Gardens.

Badsey Flower Show is a not for profit event run by the community for the community and it always needs additional local people to help out on the day – even just for a couple of hours.

You may help by setting up the show before the event and/or taking it down afterwards, by helping out on the gate, by helping out on one of the stalls or by helping with the car parking (etc). If you’d like to get involved in your village show please email – on info@badseyflowershow.co.uk

Gates open at 1pm and the event ends at 5pm.
